I chose to read this book because I'm quite curious about the way the fast food business operates. If so, I would like to get a much better understanding for how and why this nation runs on fast food. It seems very interesting and I also chose to read this book because I would also like to get a little "Behind the scenes" look at how these fast food restaurants get their supplies and who and where they get it from. I think it will probably be about the rise of fast food restaurants in the U.S. Maybe the origins of a very famous fast food place called McDonald's, a place that every one loves. I've wanted to know for quite some time.

I also chose to read this book because it seems like a good challenging book to read. I wanted to read this book because it seems like it's got a lot of facts about the fast food industry. I also wanted to see if they would provide any reasons for why us Americans (I say us because I just have to) are so freaking fat. It looks like a book that would point out the pros and cons of having fast food places in the U.S. I cant wait to see what's in store for this awesome looking book.

I think this book is going to be interesting.
